EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT SUMMIT (XDS)

KFM created a brand identity and marketing strategy for the inaugural External Development Summit (XDS), the first and only international event for external development in the games industry. This started with creating a logo package, a complete brand identity and a website. We then created and deployed a total event marketing strategy, promotional materials, social media strategy, media strategy and communications plan. In its second year, XDS surpassed the inaugural year’s attendance by 32% with 400 high-caliber delegates from 26 different countries, all while maintaining the ideal 50/50 split between developers and vendors.
