In coordination with the launch of their US online store in September 2015, the company engaged KFM as Digital Content Provider. With the aim of creating engagement with a US audience, as well as increasing brand visibility and SEO to boost sales, KFM helped launch an English-language blog connected to the online store. Extensive target market research, a strategic editorial calendar, and high level engaging content lead to increased brand visibility in the US and increased sales for the US online store.

    KFM created a ticket marketing strategy for SFU’s 50th anniversary gala. With a tight 12-week timeline we knew we needed the right tools and approach to reach our target of 2,000 ticket sales. KFM developed a communications plan with a clear call to action, sales tools for the SFU team, a sales incentive program, outreach pieces for various stakeholders and sponsors to leverage and a strategic social media strategy. The result was a completely sold out event 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
