Charles Viancin is a French company offering a wide range of fun and functional kitchen accessories. In coordination with the launch of their US online store in September 2015, the company engaged KFM as Digital Content Provider. With the aim of creating engagement with a US audience, as well as increasing brand visibility and SEO to boost sales, KFM helped launch an English-language blog connected to the online store. Extensive target market research, a strategic editorial calendar, and high level engaging content lead to increased brand visibility in the US and increased sales for the US online store.

After struggling to dedicate time and expertise towards their marketing efforts, Pedersen’s approached KFM for help. We dedicated ample time to meet with the Pedersen’s team to understand their values, goals and what their customers loved about them. Following a social media and brand audit, we realigned Pedersen’s social media channels to clearly reflect their voice and unique selling points. For the past four years Pedersen’s has continued to trust KFM for all their social media management, public relations and marketing needs.

    Greenscape Design & Decor

For Greenscape Design & Decor, a busy schedule of installations left little time for marketing, press relations and social media management. They needed an external agent to take over and get them back on track. After a market evaluation and social media audit, we realigned their platforms with a new, focused concept of the Greenscape brand and initiated a new media strategy. In 2015, we achieved an average growth of 34% across Greenscape’s five social media channels, a magazine feature and a TV feature on Breakfast Television

KFM created a ticket marketing strategy for SFU’s 50th anniversary gala. With a tight 12-week timeline we knew we needed the right tools and approach to reach our target of 2,000 ticket sales. KFM developed a communications plan with a clear call to action, sales tools for the SFU team, a sales incentive program, outreach pieces for various stakeholders and sponsors to leverage and a strategic social media strategy. The result was a completely sold out event 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
